FCTA Mexico has the ability to manufacture and laser cut a wide variety of SMT stencil sizes for every application. PCB assemblers that are working on oversized circuit boards require large format stencils for printing solder paste.
A common place for large circuit boards is the aerospace industry where large panels of circuitry are often used in satellites and rockets. Another trending application for large format stencils is LED (light-emitting diode) circuit board panels where there is an extremely large array of LEDs that require precise solder paste deposits for assembly.
